1.2 The information you provide will be held and transferred securely. The information will be passed on to HS2 Ltd; it will only be used for engagement related to the subject of these consultations.

1.3 If you are concerned about providing your personal information online please contact us on 020 7042 8000 and we will arrange alternative means for you to provide this information.

1.5 This website uses cookies: how and why we use these cookies is explained in our Cookies Policy. By registering and logging in to these consultations you will be consenting to our use of cookies in accordance with this policy.

1.6 This website uses Google Analytics to track and analyse site visits. Google Analytics logs IP addresses in order to obtain approximate data as to the location of a visitor’s computer. To protect privacy these IP addresses are anonymised before they are stored on Google’s servers and used in visitor analysis. Anonymisation is accomplished by deleting the final part (octet) of the IP address, so that the address represents many computers or devices rather than a single computer or device.

2.4 Inclusion of personal information in the body of consultation responses. If a consultation response contains a reference to the participant’s details, or details of other individuals or organisations, we will assume that the participant is happy for the response to be displayed on this website and/or in reporting documentation including any such details and that they take full responsibility for such disclosure.

2.5 Users are prohibited from impersonating another person and from posting material that is obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, hateful, or embarrassing to any person or entity, or any sexually explicit image, any advertisement or solicitation of business, chain letters or pyramid schemes.
